Wishing Upon Phosphenes...

Do you ever wonder what is that light entering your sight even if you close your eyes?

That's some kind of light too, and it's called PHOSPHENE...

Wikipedia defines phosphenes as:

A phenomenon characterized by the experience of seeing light actually entering the eye. The word Phosphene comes from the Greek word phos (light) and phainein (to show). Phosphenes are flashes of light, induced by movement or sound. 

The next time you close your eyes to daydream, what may be in your mind is your crush or someone special to you, but what you really see, as entering into your eyes is called phosphenes.
